Peter D. Hoffman
Born in 1955, Peter Hoffman has dedicated his career to defending the rights of children with disabilities. The father of two sons with disabilities, he takes the fight for equality very seriously. While his caseload is not limited to special education or civil rights, he has extensive experience representing clients in these complex cases.

Giulia Frasca, Associate
Giulia Frasca joined the Law Office of Peter D. Hoffman, P.C. as an associate in September 2008. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham University, where she was inspired to pursue a career in public interest law. She went on to attain her J.D. from CUNY School of Law in 2007 and an LL.M in environmental law from Pace Law School in 2008.
An externship at the Environmental Crimes Bureau of the Westchester County District Attorney's Office provided Giulia with experience in the prosecution of environmental crimes.
She has conducted extensive research and has worked closely with clerks and attorneys in preparation for both criminal and civil litigation as an intern at Faga Savino, LLP. During her third year at CUNY Law, Giulia served as a co-mediator in a broad range of settings including Queens Civil and Small Claims Courts, and the New York State Division of Human Rights. After serving as a co-mediator, she used her skills and experiences to help professors teach and supervise students in a seminar covering basic introduction into mediation skills at Main Street Legal Services, Inc. of CUNY School of Law.

Jamie Mattice , Associate
Ms. Mattice has extensive experience in e-discovery and trial preparation. Her experience includes her work for several years as a litigation discovery attorney at the New York office of Cravath, Swaine & Moore, LLP, where she was involved in corporate, intellectual property and antitrust matters.
Prior to joining Cravath, Ms. Mattice was a staff attorney at the New York office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton and Garrison LLP where she was involved in the Enron litigation, overseeing teams of attorneys conducting electronic discovery.
While in law school, Ms. Mattice served as an intern under the Honorable Louis York, New York State Supreme Court, First Judicial Department. She also participated in New York Law School's public interest group.
